I had the time of my life, and I owe it all to PULL
20 Mar 2015
Yesterday morning we started a trend on twitter, took an usie with a banana, whizzed a motorbike through Neo Tokyo on oculus rift and created an app (the idea, at least).
How else are you going to entertain yourself on a Thursday?
By learning to code, making a website, flying a virtual American Airlines plane, getting your eyes tracked, taking a photo of an onscreen rainbow. Ok… we may be approaching show-off territory.
If you missed it, here’s the best bits. If you were there, it’s likely you’re singing “I had the time of my life, and owe it all to PULL” to the theme of Dirty Dancing. So we’ll just let you be.
The morning kicked off with a coding session from General Assembly.

Former medical historian Andrea Kennedy (@butterloverz), who’s now a (very good!) web developer teacher showed us how to code a website. We made ours in six seconds.
Just made a website in 6 seconds! Ok... Maybe it was an hour ?? @butterloverz @GA #dmapull https://t.co/Spz3KqDhc7

Saw Eye Interactive’s impressive 2nd screen app – a real solution to TV viewers being on their phones during ads.

Do you see your customer as a target or respect them and their needs? Push vs. #dmapull. Nice quote from @COrchestra.

Luckily for you, we've also summed up seminars from the day which will be released in the next few days. In the meantime, it's time for use to sign off and unplug after a sensory overload - in a good way, of course.
Probably a good idea to get off Twitter... #dmapull pic.twitter.com/q4GRGQVBca
