Get involved in our Autistic Spectrum Conditions in the workplace initiative

The DMA are seeking to raise awareness of the types of opportunity that exist in industry for people with ASC (Autistic Spectrum Conditions) as well as encourage employers to be more open towards neurodiversity in the workplace.
Join us at our pilot training session in Bristol which will guide you on the adjustments needed to create a welcoming work environment for individuals on the spectrum.

Wednesday 7th February 2018
13:00 – 17:00 (buffet lunch provided)
Lactcham Direct, 1 Western Drive, Avon, Bristol, BS14 0AF.
This training session is free to attend.
How the session will run:
An employee from Bristol Autistic Spectrum Services will run this group introductory session which will have an emphasis on interaction and discussion.
Who should attend:
Anyone with an interest in this initiative; you don't need any prior knowledge on indiviudals on the spectrum to join. We recommend someone from your HR or training department attends to ensure all elements of the business environment are considered, however we do welcome other departments.
