Fitness check of EU consumer and marketing law

Civic Consulting is looking for companies from every EU member state in selected sectors (electronic goods and telecommunications services) to respond to a questionnaire.

The questionnaire aims to understand if your business has cross-border activities, the costs of taking your business cross-border and if so how the current rules on advertising and terms and conditions affected your choice in countries and legal costs.

You don’t have to answer all the questions but can pick the ones relevant to your organisation.
