DMA's Response to the ICO's Draft Direct Marketing Code of Practice4

On the 4th March the DMA responded to the ICO’s recent consultation on the Direct Marketing Code of Practice, using the input from our members.
Our position has remained that the draft ICO Code is a useful document that can be used by marketers and compliance professionals at all levels.
However, as we discussed in our previous article, there are challenges that we cannot and have not ignored.
