How do we unlock the power of divergent thinkers in the workplace?
What are the benefits of #diverseminds in the workplace? How do we create welcoming environments where different types of brains can thrive? What are the barriers those with aspergers, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and more face when it comes to recruitment, retention and promotion?
#DiverseMinds are back following a successful first year and want to get you involved! After getting the conversation started in 2018, the theme this year will be about ‘providing support’, discussing the challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals in the workplace.
Alongside a line up of stellar speakers, DMA Talent’s Autism consultant, Matt Trerise, will be leading a session on reasonable adjustments in the workplace as well as taking part in a panel discussion on barriers to recruitment.
