Lisa Chambers
Lisa has spent more than 23 years in the marketing industry, various roles within the contact centre environment. She joined KMB Ltd in 2000, a B2B telemarketing company which has been operating for 28 years. During this period of time, undertaking the role of Operations Manager until February 2017 when Lisa became Operations Director and shareholder of the business. KMB has been a member of the DMA for over 15 years and has worked to deliver the same core values and best practice within KMB, Lisa is now a member of the Contact Centre Council and looks forward to championing the contact centre industry.
