Hattie has over 18 years’ experience in digital and integrated marketing agencies. In this time, she’s led digital transformation programmes for brands such as Virgin Atlantic, and Goodyear Dunlop, loyalty propositions and CRM programmes for The AA, Baileys, and Dove and won a Cannes Lion for work with Habitat - amongst other things. In her most recent role as Managing Partner at Digitas, she wrote the growth strategy for the agency and brought the new business and marketing teams together to create new ways to take the agency to market.
Having cut her teeth in the world of direct marketing, Hattie has always been thoroughly convinced of the power of data to help create communications which really speak to people and in the importance of knowing that what we do is driving business results.
Hattie’s taking a break from agency life for a few months and is currently consulting for a variety of agencies & brands on their digital marketing and go to market strategies. She’s also pursuing her passion for building our team’s mental diversity and fitness by studying for a counselling qualification.
