Alison Flannery
Alison is responsible for the Contact Centre and Client Service teams within Orbital Response. She has over 12 years’ experience planning, implementing and managing campaigns for clients across a range of sectors including charity, e-commerce, leisure and professional institutions.
She strongly supports knowledge sharing and best practice initiatives between contact centre professionals at all levels and believes the council’s work is a key part of this.
