NOTICE is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Members of the Company will be held on Friday 21 November 2025 via Teams at 12.35pm.

To attend the meeting, please submit the proxy form at the end of the page. If you are the primary member of your organisation, please email the Councils team for the link to attend.

For the purpose of transacting the following ordinary business of the Company:

Resolution 1 (Ordinary)

That Barnes Roffe LLP be re-appointed as Auditors of the Company and that the Board be authorised to fix their remuneration.
