Younger people have weaker relationships with financial services brands, with the large incumbent brands failing to meet their needs while agile new companies spring up, offering innovative new services.

This webinar will explore why the financial services sector isn’t meeting Millennial needs, and explore the main areas of opportunity.

Millennials represent one in four of the UK population and growing, but their attitudes and expectations towards financial services brands differ from those of previous generations.

For example, according to DMA customer engagement research, more than half of Millennials (53%) would use a chat messenger to carry out banking tasks compared to 31% of the general population and they are the group most interested in services to analyse their daily habits and mood to help with budgeting and spending.

This webinar will explore the attitudes and expectations of millennials towards financial services in depth, and look at the main areas of opportunity for marketers.
