The second instalment in a new series of webinars exclusively for DMA Student Members. Each month we will bring you something new to help you navigate your journey from education to industry. This time, we're talking about how to find the perfect role to compliment your unique set of skills and personality traits.

You will hear from Emma Shelton-Smith, established leadership coach, mentor and trainer, and Chair of the DMA Talent Advisory Committee. Emma has worked in the industry for over 20 years and will be sharing her expertise and combined passion for the marketing sector and development of talent.

In this webinar, Emma will talk to two recent graduates, who are working in very different roles within the industry, about how they found them, what they involve and why they're the perfect match for their individual skills and personalities.

In this session, you will:

  • Learn about the breadth of roles within the data and marketing industry.
  • Identify the type of roles that might suit your skills and personality traits.
  • Hear advice and tips from recent graduates who have navigated their way into a role that is perfect for them.
