Our History

ITTS was established in 1992 after recognising a niche for a quality focused provider of sales leads for the IT sector. Our vision was to build a lead generation business which focused exclusively on the IT industry, employing experienced IT salespeople in telephone-based lead generation roles to ensure the highest quality of project results.

ITTS has grown steadily over the years adding new and innovative demand generation services that our clients can leverage whilst expanding our client base.

Aligned exclusively with B2B technology clients our experience is focussed on delivering innovative and effective demand generation programmes.

We're not like other telemarketing agencies. Our Sales Researchers are time-served professionals with between 10 and 30 years IT sales experience. Leveraging their experience and adopting a consultative/investigative style, this team can position complex value propositions to senior decision-makers, highlighting USPs and heading off objections. The combination of this experience, a thorough briefing process and out multi-touch approach is a proven formula that has worked time and time again to bridge the MQL/SQL gap for our clients.
