The Direct Marketing Commission (DMC) is an independent watchdog that investigates and adjudicates on reported breaches of the DMA Code by DMA members.

The DMC's role is to safeguard your right to be contacted in the way you wish, by the companies you wish, and to not receive unwanted marketing communications if you have opted out via our preference services.

The DMC supports the DMA's goal to ensure that any one-to-one marketing you receive is of genuine value to you and is responsible, honest and fair, respectful of your privacy and sensitive with your personal information.
