Gin & Data - Prescriptive analytics to improve customer experience

For the last episode of Gin & Data in this series, Rob and I have a chat with Selena Wark from The Challenge. We discuss how the use of prescriptive analytics has helped to facilitate automated customer journeys. Selena goes on to discuss the various operational benefits that she thinks have been as a result of prescriptive analytics, their increased ROI, improved customer experience and increased overall efficiency.

The Gin that we are tasting is Cuckoo Spiced Gin, this is different from the others as it’s not as citrusy, what is nice about it is that all of ingredients included are grown on the producers farm.
