Kate has 19 years experience in the industry working for Experian, Acxiom, Havas and more recently Brightsource. It has given her the experience to help organisations draw actionable insight from their data assets to enhance the creative process, deliver valuable experiences, transform businesses and meet people's needs. Passionate about all things data Kate's mission is to help businesses recognise that data plus creativity is where the future of marketing lies.
As well as this Kate's role at Brightsource is to lead, nurture and inspire the client services team to new heights. Fiercely committed to solving her clients’ problems, Kate isn’t happy just delivering ‘business-as-usual’ to a high standard but is constantly looking for ways to help organisations evolve. Kate is a firm believer in coaching and mentoring; providing the same opportunities that were offered to her across her career so she runs the mentoring programme at Brightsource, which is designed for individuals who demonstrate high potential and a desire for career advancement - their mission is to develop these individuals into leaders who will help transform our industry.
