This breakfast briefing looks at the different mobile technologies and how they can be applied across different channels to create connections.

With the saturation of smartphones across many markets, including the UK, we are also seeing a change in user behaviour.

Increasingly our mobile devices are the first places we turn to when responding to marketing and advertising. In store, we are seeing more and more consumers using their smart devices to research, compare shopping and even purchase. Plus in the absence of many brand channels, consumers are creating their own multi-channel experience.

This event will discuss these changes and help you plan an effective mobile strategy.
