What does data sharing mean to consumers?
At the end of 2012 we released the findings of the 4th DMA/fast.MAP data tracking study and to bring the results to life we have arranged an event which brings together leading brands, including Virgin Insight. They will discuss the findings and give advice on how to get customers to share their data.
Paul Seabrook, director at fast.MAP, will lead the discussions and the evening will finish with a lively panel debate.
Our panel of experts will cover:
1. Permissions and what works best for opt-in statements
2. Trust and what is it that companies need to do to gain trust from customers
3. How concerned are customer about their personal data and how do they decide whether or not to part with it?
4. How has customer behaviour changed with the cookie law coming into action?
Drinks and canapés will follow where you will be able to meet others in the industry and discuss the findings with the speakers.
